Terms and Conditions

 

Early Bird Promotion 2026​
​

  1. All fees paid under the Early-Bird Promotion are non-refundable.

  2. Promotion is valid until 15 Nov 2025 and for one-time use for one student at the point of enrolment only.

  3. Promotion is valid for MetaQuest’s regular Science programme and TWC’s regular programmes: Writing Enrichment (Primary 1-6), Prep Matters English Tuition (Primary 1-6), Critical Reading and Writing (Secondary 1-4) and P1 Preparatory (Kindergarten 2).

  4. Fees must be paid upfront and in full. Promotion is valid for one-time use per regular programme at the point of payment only.

  5. All vacancies are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.

  6. Promotion is valid for students enrolling for one or more full terms in 2026:
    a. Customers who pay for the full Term 1 (2026) will receive $60 off term fees + one TWC Exclusive Blind Box & Welcome Pack (Worth $40)
    b. Customers who pay for the full Terms 1-2 (2026) will receive $150 off term fees + one TWC Exclusive Blind Box & Welcome Pack (Worth $40).
    c. Customers who pay for the full Terms 1-4 (2026) will receive $350 off term fees + one TWC Exclusive Blind Box & Welcome Pack (Worth $40).

  7. A full term is defined as the first to last week of a term as per our term calendar, with 12 or more weeks.

  8. To be eligible for this promotion, the student must commence lessons in Week 1 of Term 1 (2026), and the promotion must be applied from Term 1 (2026) onwards. The promotion cannot be deferred to begin from a later term.

  9. Discount will be applied immediately at the point of payment. 

  10. TWC Exclusive Blind Box and Welcome Pack will be distributed to students during their first class in 2026 (Term 1 Week 1). For the TWC Exclusive Blind Box, designs will be given at random and cannot be chosen.

  11. Promotion is applicable to course fees for the programmes as listed on our websites: bit.ly/TWCfees | bit.ly/MQfees

  12. Slots in classes are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. 

  13. Promotion can be enjoyed by existing Primary 6 TWC and MQ customers (currently enrolled in 2025 regular programmes) who sign up for Secondary 1 Critical Reading & Writing programme in Term 1 (2026) onwards, without the need to pay for registration fee. 

  14. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with instalment plans, other discounts, coupons, gift vouchers, privilege cards, or any other promotional packages. However, rebates or incentives administered by SAFRA (including but not limited to SAFRA Points) may be applied concurrently, where applicable and permitted by SAFRA.

  15. For existing customers, promotion can be combined with the customer's accumulated Loyalty Rewards under TWC Group’s customer loyalty programmes.

  16. Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to others.

  17. The Write Connection Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

$60 Short Course Voucher

  1. E-Voucher value is inclusive of GST.

  2. E-Voucher will be emailed to customers via their registered email address by 20 January 2026.

  3. E-Voucher is valid until 31 Dec 2026 for TWC or MQ short courses. 

  4. Each e-Voucher may only be utilised once, and can be used for one short course in a single transaction.

  5. Please present the e-Voucher to TWC front desk staff, or forward the e-Voucher via email to our Customer Service Officers upon registration to enjoy the promotion. 

  6. E-Voucher is non-stackable. Only a maximum of one piece of TWC e-Voucher can be used to offset the full fees of holiday programmes per transaction.

  7. E-Voucher cannot be combined with instalment plans, other discounts, coupons, gift vouchers, privilege cards, or any promotional packages, except for holiday programme Buddy and Group promotions. 

  8. Promotion can only be combined with the customer’s accumulated Loyalty Rewards TWC Group’s customer loyalty programmes.

  9. E-Voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, and any unused amount upon redemption will be forfeited.

  10. The Write Connection Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
