A. Eligibility:

1. This contest is open to all Facebook users who are residing in Singapore.

2. Employees of The Write Connection Family, including MetaQuest, their immediate family members, and any other persons who are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the contest are not eligible to participate.

 

B. Contest Period:

1. This Contest ends on 20 November 2020, 0900 hrs (SGT).

 

C. Contest Mechanics:

​

1. Participants are to comment with their answer on the post on MetaQuest's Facebook. The comments with the correct answer and the most likes (including other Facebook reactions) on their comment will win.

2. In the event there is a tie in the number of likes, the comment(s) that was/were posted earlier will be declared the winner(s).

3. Five winners will be announced by 25 November 2020. Prizes are to be self-collected at MetaQuest's SAFRA Toa Payoh centre after winners receive our email notification.

4. Winners will need to respond to personal message sent via MetaQuest's Facebook account with the requested information by 4 December 2020. Failure to do so will result in their prize being forfeited and offered to the next eligible participant.

5. Collection details will be sent to winners within one week after they have provided the requested information.

6. Multiple entries are not allowed. Each person can only enter the contest once.

7. Prizes are to be collected by 23 December 2020. Uncollected prizes by the deadline will be forfeited.

8. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to provide their personal contact information (Full Name, Mobile Number and Email Address) for the purpose of processing and administering prize fulfilment matters for this Contest.

9. All prizes won must be accepted as rewarded, and are not exchangeable for cash or kind, or extendable in validity.

10. MetaQuest reserves the right to audit and ensure that the accounts are bona fide. Any participant who generates multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the Contest shall be disqualified. MetaQuest reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify such participant(s). In cases of dispute, MetaQuest’s decision is final.

11. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations, and the decisions of the organiser.

12. MetaQuest may contact you via Facebook Direct Messaging, email or phone for matters relating to your participation in this Contest.

13. MetaQuest reserves the right to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation.

14. MetaQuest reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

15. MetaQuest’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the "MQ Science Experiment Contest”, including the selection of winners, award of the prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation, shall be final and binding on all participants of the Contest, and no queries, correspondence, claims, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding MetaQuest's decision on the same.

16. MetaQuest is not and shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunction in connection to this Contest.

17. MetaQuest Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

D. Free Trial Lessons T&Cs:

1. Offer until 29 Jan 2021, and valid for both online and physical classes.
2. Please present or forward the e-voucher sent from MetaQuest email address (tpy@metaquest.com.sg) to MetaQuest front desk staff upon registration to enjoy the promotion.
3. Please make your booking and attend the trial lesson by 29 Jan 2021. Before visiting MetaQuest, please email or call 6974 2008 to make an appointment.
4. Limited to one redemption per winner. If a student wishes to attend a lesson with a sibling, the additional lesson is chargeable.
5. Lesson slots are subject to availability, as the maximum intake is 10 students per class.
6. Valid for MetaQuest Science Regular Programme (Primary 3-6).

8. Not valid in conjunction with instalment plans, other discounts, coupons, gift vouchers, privilege cards or promotional packages, except for TWC x MQ Dual-Programme and Sibling Promotion.
9. Voucher is transferable to a friend. Please ask your friend to provide your name and contact number for MetaQuest’s verification when they sign up. 
10. Offer is non-exchangeable for cash.
